Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary

Amulike Kamwela has been an integral part of FHF since 2020, serving as the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. His journey before joining FHF includes pivotal roles at I&M Bank Tanzania as Head of Finance and earlier positions at Standard Chartered and Barclays Bank in Tanzania. Amulike is a certified CPA, holding a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and an MBA, marking him as a leader with both vision and expertise in financial stewardship.

Reshma Shah

Senior Credit Manager

Reshma Shah, the Lead Credit Manager at FHF, has been a cornerstone of the company since its inception in 2017. She has played a pivotal role in maintaining exemplary asset quality, with an NPL ratio consistently below 2%. Reshma’s background includes significant roles in operations and credit management at I&M Bank and Bank M Tanzania plc. Her academic credentials include a Bachelor of Business Studies and an MBA in Finance, underlining her comprehensive understanding of financial management.

Goodluck Solomon

Business Manager

Goodluck Solomon, FHF’s Business Manager since 2019, has a robust background in banking and finance, starting in 2007 at Barclays Bank Tanzania. With roles that span across sales, customer service, and branch management, Solomon has driven growth and customer engagement across Tanzania. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, showcasing his deep understanding of business dynamics and leadership.

Aquenous Amolo

ICT Manager

Joining FHF in 2023, Aquenous Amolo brings forward a dynamic and innovative approach as the ICT Manager. Starting his career in 2009 at Diamond Trust Bank and later advancing to an IT Manager at UBL Bank, Amolo has demonstrated expertise in technology and information systems. He holds a Bachelor of Business Information System and is CEH certified, reflecting his commitment to excellence in the ICT domain.

Isambo Binde

Manager, Internal Audit

Since 2021, Isambo Binde has led the Internal Audit function at FHF with diligence and expertise. Binde’s audit career flourished at Ernst & Young, where he climbed the ranks from an Assistant Auditor to an Assistant Manager, including a secondment to the US. Holding a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and qualified as a CPA, Binde is committed to upholding the highest standards of audit and accountability.

Bhoke Richard Mantago

Risk and Compliance Manager

Bhoke Richard Mantago joined FHF in 2023 as the Risk and Compliance Manager, bringing extensive experience in risk management and compliance from her tenure at Letshego Bank. Her journey through various risk and compliance roles has equipped her with unparalleled insight into operational risks and regulatory compliance. Holding a Bachelor of Business Administration, Bhoke is a formidable force in navigating the complex landscape of risk and compliance.

Kinanila Nsoro

Human Resource and Administration Manager

With over 11 years of working experience in Human Resources and Administrative Management, Kinanila Nsoro is a dynamic professional dedicated to fostering a positive organizational culture and streamlining operational efficiency. Known for his strategic approach and people-centric mindset, Kinanila excels in aligning HR practices with business objectives to drive performance and growth.

Kinanila holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from Saint Augustine University of Tanzania (SAUT) and has earned certifications in Professional Human Resource (PHRI) from Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). His career began at Access Microfinance Bank Tanzania Limited (now Selcom Microfinance Bank) as HR Generalist where he quickly demonstrated a keen ability to manage complex HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. 

At First Housing Finance Tanzania Limited, Kinanila leads Human Resource and Administration Department, where he implementing innovative strategies to enhance employee engagement, optimize HR processes, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. His leadership is characterized by a commitment to developing talent, fostering a collaborative work environment, and driving organizational change that supports business objectives.
